These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products operated by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including EventDesk — collectively referred to as the "Services." By creating an account or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are intended for business use by individuals, organizations, chapters, nonprofits, and professional teams. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and, where applicable, to bind your organization.
You access the Services using an email address and a one-time access code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials. Do not share them with unauthorized users. Notify us immediately at hello@bossospro.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Services offer free and paid subscription tiers billed on a monthly or annual basis, as described on the applicable pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain access until that date.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Our IP: The Services and their underlying technology, including proprietary checklist systems, AI agent systems, content generation pipelines, and all software, are owned by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform or its proprietary systems.
Your data: You retain ownership of the data, documents, contacts, and other content you enter into the Services. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Services to you.

The Services use AI to generate content including email drafts, action items, coaching insights, run-of-show documents, and outreach templates. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use, publishing, or sending. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
The Services offer optional Gmail integration that accesses your email in read-only mode to surface business-relevant signals in your dashboard. By connecting your Gmail account:
Our use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how Gmail data is handled.
The Services may connect with third-party platforms for event RSVPs, email, or other functionality. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or accuracy.
We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buena Vista Vision, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 5, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
